1. select layer
2. run copy to get its properties
3. select another layer
4. apply one of the following:

– width
– height
– position
– size
– layer name
– x (align left)
– align right
– y (align top)
– align bottom
– scale to align left
– scale to align right
– scale to align top
– scale to align bottom
