Shifter Figma Plugin

1. Select a layer within a frame (or a frame itself)
2. Run Plugin
3. Enter the wished spacing between selection and the next layers below

-> Shifts all layers below selection
-> Optionally you can resize the frame accordingly
-> Ignores layers that are locked or hidden
